Westbrook Fitness Manager says Cayla, an Athletic Therapist and Personal Trainer, has consistently been running our Back School program for anyone with low back issues, as well as maintaining great client session frequency and loyalty. If you enjoy intermediate step patterns and want a good cardio workout, then this is the class for you. This class also includes a core workout and may challenge the participants by introducing step patterns requiring 2 or more steps! Step experienced recommended.

Originally from Bulgaria and prior to her arrival in Calgary Jivka taught Step, Hi-Lo and Body Toning classes while living with her family in Tripoli, Libya.
Since her arrival in 2005 Jivka participated in group fitness classes and then decided to get involved with the fitness industry. She became a certified AFLCA instructor in January 2008.
Jivka's high energy and enthusiasm ensures everyone will have a great workout every time. She is excited about being a fitness instructor and her passion is to teach Step, Hi-Lo and Body Toning Classes. She is currently involved in an Iron Reps class at the Westbrook Mall Club.

Heidi White has been an aerobic instructor since 1992, and with Spa Lady since 1997. Heidi teaches a variety of classes including: Strippercize, Funk, Yoga, Step and many more. Heidi is an avid runner and has completed numerous half-marathons and is training for a full to be completed by the end of this year.
A weight-training workout using a barbell and plates in the group fitness studio. It achieves maximum results and is the quickest way to get in shape. Our experienced instructors will focus on technique for safety and use their dynamic energy to power you through this amazing full body workout.
Having been an active and social person most of her life, Robin felt Group Fitness was a natural step after her first baby. Two years later she is enjoying herself more than ever and intends to bring health and fitness to the lives of many people in years to come.
Helping people have fun while they get an incredible workout is something she strives for in every class. Robin believes in getting the participants directly involved in class so they leave feeling a sense of accomplishment.
Robin loves nothing more than to see smiles on the faces of her participants as they work with her to improve the quality of their lives through exercise.
