My name is Leslie Walsh, and I am an AFLCA certified Group Fitness/Yoga Instructor. I am also a Personal Trainer. I have been teaching for Spa Lady since 1995. I love it!!! The ladies/members are great and have kept ME motivated all these years! I teach everything but Pilates. In August of 2004, I started a new position with Spa Lady. I am the "Training Director" of Edmonton and have had a wonderful opportunity to work with all the staff, at all of our 3 locations in Edmonton. I have 3 beautiful girls, (twins who are 15 and an eleven year old). I am fortunate to be working in an environment, with so many positive and energetic people, and I am very fortunate to be doing what I love to do!
A strength training workout using a variety of portable equipment in the group fitness studio. It achieves great results and is a quick way to get in shape. Our experienced instructors will focus on technique for safety and use their dynamic energy to power you through this amazing full body workout.

A calm and focused yoga class that concentrates on precision and alignment whilst using props to accommodate individuals. Improves balance, static strength and flexibility, whilst calming the mind and relieving stress.

An athletic based class that is easy to follow but will challenge you if you enjoy the extra push! This class uses a mix of ‘ sport based’ conditioning exercises to improve your power, strength and endurance.

Amie has been involved in sports from childhood and continues to play and more recently to work as an athletic trainer and running team conditioning.

A flowing yoga class that links postures together to create gentle sequences. The breath will be utilized as you move smoothly from one posture to another, improving balance, static strength and flexibility.
