A traditional style aerobics class. This cardio based class offers a wide variety of choreography patterns, offering both low and high impact movement options. A muscular strength and endurance component is offered following the cardio component.
My name is Leslie Walsh, and I am an AFLCA certified Group Fitness/Yoga Instructor. I am also a Personal Trainer. I have been teaching for Spa Lady since 1995. I love it!!! The ladies/members are great and have kept ME motivated all these years! I teach everything but Pilates. In August of 2004, I started a new position with Spa Lady. I am the "Training Director" of Edmonton and have had a wonderful opportunity to work with all the staff, at all of our 3 locations in Edmonton. I have 3 beautiful girls, (twins who are 15 and an eleven year old). I am fortunate to be working in an environment, with so many positive and energetic people, and I am very fortunate to be doing what I love to do!
A calm and focused yoga class that concentrates on precision and alignment whilst using props to accommodate individuals. Improves balance, static strength and flexibility, whilst calming the mind and relieving stress.

A combination workout that includes cardio and muscle conditioning. The cardio work can be hi/lo, step, interval or knockout workout and the conditioning phase can use any of the equipment.
Janine Eidsness has been teaching group fitness classes for 6 years. She has received certification in pilates, group fitness, and personal training. Janine has completed a BSc degree in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing a MSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta. Janine loves teaching fitness classes and she enjoys motivating others to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Of those 13 years, 6 of them were spent co-coordinating the Westgate aerobic program. In 2002 I became a certified Yoga Instructor, through Yoga Wise™. I took my Stott Pilates training in 2004 and was certified in 2005.
I have always enjoyed teaching and being involved with the fitness industry, so much so that I went back to school in 1999 to further my education, only with a holistic approach. I took massage therapy and graduated in 2003. I have been working as a registered massage therapist at WOW Chiropractic Clinic in the west end ever since.
