Century Park Fitness Manager, Holly says, Kelly is extremely hard working, she is smart and she develops fun and effective programs for her clients. Kelly also has a great sense of humour and positive attitude.
I am an AFLCA certified Group Fitness Instructor with a specialization in Step and Portable Equipment. As a long-time group fitness participant, I attended classes to be challenged by the instructor and motivated by the energy generated to reach new fitness levels. I loved being challenged by the creative, up-to-date exercises that helped me understand more about the mechanics of my body. I came to have fun and try something new. As your instructor, it is my goal to generate classes that motivate, challenge and educate you. As my participants, I know you will do the same for me. I have an educational background in Disability Studies and currently work part-time with young children and their families. I am also a full time mother of two young children. I love to travel to Saskatchewan (to visit my family) as well as other exotic places, take pictures, enjoy time with friends and family, try new restaurants, and look on the bright side. I am thrilled to be part of the SpaLady team.
A calm and focused yoga class that concentrates on precision and alignment whilst using props to accommodate individuals. Improves balance, static strength and flexibility, whilst calming the mind and relieving stress.
Alia is a yoga instructor at Spa Lady, and loves to share her passion for yoga with everyone. She took her first yoga class after her children were born as a way to keep in shape, and continued for years attending weekly classes and worked on growing her personal practise. As her children grew she knew someday she would need to go back to work, and needed to find something she loved. Alia trained hard and completed her 200 hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. She now teaches a couple times a week at different Spa Lady\'s around Edmonton. She thanks everyone who comes to class for giving yoga a chance. Namaste.
A cardio & conditioning workout that improves cardio fitness, muscle tone and agility. It is easy to follow and combines the use of the medicine balls and stability balls to create maximum calorie loss. This is a complete workout and it is exclusive to SpaLady.

Deanna has been a group fitness instructor with SpaLady for 6 years. She teaches a great variety of classes, including Step, Knockout, Athletic Training, Bodyshop, Sprint Circuit and Yoga. Having 17 years of competitive dance training has been a great asset to her fitness career. It has allowed her the pleasure of teaching specialty classes such as Belly dancing, Jazz dancing and Strippercise. In addition to her teaching, Deanna works full time as a receptionist at the University of Alberta Hospital and part time as a photographer.
“These past years in the fitness industry have been rewarding in so many ways. Most importantly, it has allowed me to help educate the public, family and friends about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Stay healthy, be happy”, says Deanna
