A full body workout using a variety of equipment and muscle conditioning exercises. This total body conditioning class will do just as the name says; condition the whole body for a total muscle workout!!

I am originally from Montreal (bilingual) and was fortunate to have been born into a dance family. Movement and music were part of life in the home and I took classes in classical and jazz into my teens and later on in life, hip hop. I loved the outdoors and my environment allowed for horseback riding and cross country skiing, which I did competitively. As for my personal career choices, my travels and my passions landed me in the film and television industry and also sporting event management. I have always maintained my health and thankfully that has supported me in many of my pursuits such as; Taekwondo, skiing, mountain biking, running and an off road driving/camping African safari. I fell in love with Zumba 3 years ago and have never looked back. The music and the attitude are addictive. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate our many cultures through music and dance. I am completing my AFLCA this summer, specializing in Group Fitness/Choreography. My joy is to promote fitness, inner health and wellness, and also contribute a positive energy to the community. I am committed to advancing my career in Zumba and the fitness industry to help others achieve their goals and enjoy the many benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I look forward to meeting you at one of my classes.

Born in Europe, I grew up with a father who is a Karate instructor and lives for a healthy lifestyle, causing my passion for fitness to begin at a very young age. Throughout my life, I played a number of sports and like my father found myself with a love for Karate, ultimately earning my black belt and teaching classes. I absolutely LOVED instructing but after an ACL/MCL tear, I had to take a break. I moved to Edmonton from Medicine Hat to attend the University of Alberta where I earned my Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2010. After moving to Edmonton, I was introduced to Zumba by a friend. Seeing how much fun it was, I decided that I really wanted to teach this class. In October of 2010, I got certified and have been enjoying every minute of being an instructor. I plan on becoming a Fitness Instructor Specialist in the near future in hopes of expanding my class portfolio. When I am not teaching Zumba, I work in Human Resources full time
