My name is Carlisle but my friends call me Carly. I just recently became a group fitness instructor but have been going to SPA LADY since 2007. I\'m your typical class junkie. I love both joining and teaching group fitness classes for the fun, challenge and motivation. The fact that most of my friends are there too is just a plus.
During the day I work with persons with disabilities, I find it very rewarding. Now, after apprenticing with Robin, my passion for fitness is growing more every day. I am learning more and I love that I get to share and educate every time I teach a class. Combining the two together, I say right now, it is perfect.

Having been an active and social person most of her life, Robin felt Group Fitness was a natural step after her first baby. Two years later she is enjoying herself more than ever and intends to bring health and fitness to the lives of many people in years to come.
Helping people have fun while they get an incredible workout is something she strives for in every class. Robin believes in getting the participants directly involved in class so they leave feeling a sense of accomplishment.

My name is Natasha Lee and I have been teaching with Spa Lady for 6 years now. I have training in all areas of group fitness. I have taught Spa ball, Legs bums and tums and am currently teaching a Hi- low and tone class. In the past 6 years I have also done some training in Pilates and yoga. My home club is the North East location.
My passion for health and wellness started 4 years ago when I managed a Curves for women out in Airdrie. I loved the atmosphere and the women and wanted to further my education. After being certified I pursued group fitness, as it fit well with my crazy schedule. I am currently a full time student, studying Chinese medicine, while training to enter my first figure fitness competition in June 2006. I love to share my knowledge, experience, energy, and smile with everyone who shares a passion for fun and fitness.

Florelie became a member of Spa Lady after she gave birth to her son in 2001. Since then, she became a gym rat! Whether there is a snowstorm or not. She finds herself sweating on an Elliptical machine. In addition to her daily routine, she joins various Group Exercise Classes lead by amazing Instructors.
It did not take long for Florelie to venture into the Fitness Industry. Geared with determination and confidence she registered for The Spa Lady Apprenticeship Program instructed by Simone Hodgkinson and Robin OGrady. Blessed with phenomenal mentors, Florelie completed her AFLCA Certification. She is proud to say, she is now a part of the Spa Lady team!
Equipped with passion, wealth of knowledge and motivation, Florelie seeks to provide members of the Spa Lady community an enjoyable workout while reaching their fitness goals!

Being active has been a big passion of Karen's life for many years, When relocated to Calgary and starting a family Karen needed to keep her passion alive. With adjusting to the weather conditions Karen join Spa Lady as a member and hasn't looked back.

Following her 10-year career as a Professional Ballet Dancer, Naoko changed her focus to the practice and proliferation of yoga. Having first-hand experience with the healing powers of yoga, Naoko’s goals as an instructor are to help people with differing injuries and ailments gain strength, confidence, and peace of mind with the continued practice of Yoga.
Having trained at Calgary’s “The Yoga Studio College”, Naoko understands the need to continually expand her knowledge and education in Yoga. She regularly attends intensive Workshops & Seminars, expanding her understanding of the Sutras of Yoga.
It is one of her goals to study with the great Yogis in India.

Noha is a mother of 3 beautiful children. As a member of Spa Lady she was very loyal in attending most or all group fitness classes. She quickly realized where her passion lies, and that was in the fitness industry.
Noha went from being a member and a personal training client to attending the apprenticeship program that Spa Lady offers and becoming a AFLCA certified group fitness instructor.
Noha is always full of energy and spunk, and says "What a rewarding feeling it is to be able to LOVE what you do and be a part of peoples healthy living".
This restorative class uses yoga poses to gently release tight joints and ease away muscle tension. There is also a guided relaxation section designed to improve sleep habits, relieve fatigue and reduce stress. It’s a perfect way to refresh the mind and body and bring balance to life.

For as long as I can remember DANCING has always been a real passion. Health and fitness too has a huge part in my life as I am also a Licensed Practical Nurse. So being able to incorporate both passions as a Zumba Fitness Instructor, I have to say I have my dream job!
All I really want is to be able to share the passion I have with my class and hope that it inspires them to stay fit and active, but most importantly have FUN doing it!

Jessica is from beautiful Venezuela and moved to Canada in 2008. Dance has always been a huge part of her life. Since she was a little girl she has been creating choreography and performing on stage, so Zumba just became a perfect fit for her.
She grew up dancing to latin rhythms, such as merengue, salsa and reggeaton, and at the age of 12 she discovered a passion for flamenco dance. This mix of cultures is a big influence in her Zumba classes, where you will find a great variety of beats.
She can not think of a workout more fun than Zumba and looks forward to bringing a great energy to her students.

Being active has been a big passion of Karen's life for many years, When relocated to Calgary and starting a family Karen needed to keep her passion alive. With adjusting to the weather conditions Karen join Spa Lady as a member and hasn't looked back.
After Karen had her first boy with the support and encouragement of her husband Karen decided to take it to the next step and become a group fitness instructor.
Karen completed her AFLCA Certification, and apprenticeship ran by Spa Lady back in 2008, Karen is very proud to say, she is now not just joining the class for great workouts but also on stage teaching as part of the Spa Lady team!
Karen attends fitness conferences to keep up to date with the ever changing world of fitness.

A calm and focused yoga class that concentrates on precision and alignment whilst using props to accommodate individuals. Improves balance, static strength and flexibility, whilst calming the mind and relieving stress.

Following her 10-year career as a Professional Ballet Dancer, Naoko changed her focus to the practice and proliferation of yoga. Having first-hand experience with the healing powers of yoga, Naoko’s goals as an instructor are to help people with differing injuries and ailments gain strength, confidence, and peace of mind with the continued practice of Yoga.
Having trained at Calgary’s “The Yoga Studio College”, Naoko understands the need to continually expand her knowledge and education in Yoga. She regularly attends intensive Workshops & Seminars, expanding her understanding of the Sutras of Yoga.
It is one of her goals to study with the great Yogis in India.
Pick up your balls and get down for some serious work! This Medicine Ball Bootcamp will blast calories, pump muscles and generate fat loss. Combining Interval Training with Medicine Balls we will work the whole body, including the core!!

Growing up in a health conscious family, Florelie naturally embraces a balanced lifestyle. Her younger years were mostly spent with outdoor activities and sports. She has always seen the endless benefits of active living.
Florelie became a member of Spa Lady after she gave birth to her son in 2001. Since then, she became a gym rat! Whether there is a snowstorm or not. She finds herself sweating on an Elliptical machine. In addition to her daily routine, she joins various Group Exercise Classes lead by amazing Instructors.
It did not take long for Florelie to venture into the Fitness Industry. Geared with determination and confidence she registered for The Spa Lady Apprenticeship Program instructed by Simone Hodgkinson and Robin OGrady. Blessed with phenomenal mentors, Florelie completed her AFLCA Certification. She is proud to say, she is now a part of the Spa Lady team!
Equipped with passion, wealth of knowledge and motivation, Florelie seeks to provide members of the Spa Lady community an enjoyable workout while reaching their fitness goals!
It is all about the Party! – Dance, shake and groove away calories in a fun dance style aerobic class that is designed to be a party! It is for everyone and it is fun, fun fun!!!

A weight-training workout using a barbell and plates in the group fitness studio. It achieves maximum results and is the quickest way to get in shape. Our experienced instructors will focus on technique for safety and use their dynamic energy to power you through this amazing full body workout.

For as long as I can remember DANCING has always been a real passion. Health and fitness too has a huge part in my life as I am also a Licensed Practical Nurse. So being able to incorporate both passions as a Zumba Fitness Instructor, I have to say I have my dream job!
All I really want is to be able to share the passion I have with my class and hope that it inspires them to stay fit and active, but most importantly have FUN doing it!
I am so excited about joining this amazing team and look forward to reaching out to all those that are just as passionate about dance and fitness as I am! So I am inviting all of you to come party it up with me and the already amazing crew that are there every Saturday!
