Group Fitness Instructor
Megan has been a group fitness instructor since 2011. She has taught a wide variety of classes from kickboxing, step, strength, core and cycle classes. She also has done group fitness work with different populations from children to seniors.
In April 2013, Megan graduated from the U of L with a bachelor degree in Public Health. Currently working full time in health promotion Megan enjoys motivating, supporting and encouraging people to incorporate healthy behaviours into there every day lives!
In her spare time Megan enjoys running, hiking, skiing and baking!
Megan's Weekly Class Schedule
30mins of great cardio work suitable for all levels of fitness. A range of training styles can be used (hi/lo, knockout, athletic, step, etc.) but the main focus is Cardio, Cardio, Cardio!
A full body workout using a variety of equipment and muscle conditioning exercises. This total body conditioning class will do just as the name says; condition the whole body for a total muscle workout!!
