
Group Fitness is a motivating, social environment that is designed to help all members achieve their fitness goals. As fitness is so varied, so is our Group Fitness program and we have a range of certified instructors who are skilled and educated to adapt and respond to a wide range of fitness levels. All participants, regardless of their fitness and skill level can enjoy a safe and effective workout.
Classes run from 6 am to 9 pm, so there is something for everyone regardless of work and home schedules.
All classes are held in spacious studios outfitted with all the necessary equipment, have quality state of the art sound and microphone systems, full climate controls and boast a specialized floor designed specifically for group fitness. Our studios are renowned for their size, cleanliness and safely stored equipment.

Cardio Express and PilatesAn intense 30 minute cardio workout. The workout may vary between step, hi/lo, athletic training, or even add light resistance to enhance your cardio workout. This power packed class is a great way to get your recommended daily dose of aerobic exercise! This class brings pilates mat based exercises to our group fitness studios. You will work the abdominals and spinal muscles whilst improving awareness of cervical, scapula, rib and pelvic placement and the role of the breath. In addition to improving body awareness, this class will help to increase core strength, posture, body alignment and flexibility. All of our instructors have been trained in STOTTâ„¢ pilates. Cardio Express/Rear AttitudeAn intense 30 minute cardio workout. The workout may vary between step, hi/lo, athletic training, or even add light resistance to enhance your cardio workout.
