Strip-IT for 2010!

Almost all of us make New Year’s resolutions. This year, why not make a pre-New Year’s resolution? The New Year is only 11 weeks away - set a goal today to begin 2010 feeling and looking great. Spa Lady can help you make it happen with our “Strip-IT” contest!



Contestants will “strip off” inches, body fat and weight while working with a personal trainer. The member with the highest overall score (inches lost + body fat percentage loss + weight loss) wins the grand prize of 6 partner personal training sessions (for you and a friend), enrollment in a registered program and a feature celebration in both the newsletter and in your home club!

By following the SMART principle of goal-setting, the “Strip-IT” contest will help you be a winner.


Specific
We always say we “want to lose weight”; unfortunately, it’s challenging to achieve such a generic goal. The “Strip-IT” contest outlines a specific goal and gives you a plan to attain that goal. To participate, simply complete 27 personal training sessions and participate in 9 group fitness classes in 9 weeks.

Measurable
Tracking your progress helps you stay motivated and accountable. Your personal trainer will track your body fat, inch and weight losses while group fitness instructors will help you record your fitness classes. Spa Lady will be with you every step of the way!

Attainable
Your personal trainer will increase your odds of winning with a guided, individualized, energizing program. Training 3 times a week with your personal trainer, supplemented with 1 group fitness class a week, will help you remain committed to your fitness goal.

Realistic
Incredible changes in your body composition can occur in 9 weeks. With the “Strip-IT” contest’s guidelines and the support of a personal trainer, you will feel and look amazing.

Timely
Selecting an end point for your goal gives you a clear target to work towards, and the “Strip-IT” contest’s 9-week timeline will keep you focused (and have you looking fabulous when the big ball drops on December 31)!
