This six-week progressive program suitable for all fitness levels and open to members and non-members.

A free demonstration and bring a buddy class will be held the week prior to each boot camp's start date.

Members $120 + GST
Non-members $180 + GST

**No refunds for missed classes or lightning alternative classes, which the participants cannot attend. Participants who join part way through the program can play a "per class" fee on all reminding sessions.
